"Days to Come"
Reading Challenge

How can we imagine reparations in the days to come for King County Black communities?
Starting this MLK Holiday, SAARC invites schools, colleges, libraries, local government departments, faith-based groups, non-profits, labor unions, artists, athletes, elected officials, historians, legal advocates, and more to join a community conversation about local reparations.
In “The Days to Come” Dr. King asks us to imagine a future where the harms of anti-Black racism are repaired. MLK also names clear policy frameworks where Black people finally receive what we need to live full and dignified lives in a greater US society where everyone thrives.
